Steve Milton is an award-winning business leader and entrepreneur whose work spans experiential entertainment, marketing and brand innovation.

Steve is currently the CEO of Chain. Founded by B.J. Novak and backed by Studio Ramsay Global, Chain is celebrated for its high-impact experiences and products that reimagine the foods, brands, and memories that shaped American pop culture. With advisors Chrissy Teigen, David Gelb, and a devoted community of fans, Chain transforms familiar favorites into a new kind of pop cuisine.

Previously, Steve served as Chief Brand & Innovation Officer at Superfly, where he led business transformation by developing new products and service offerings in collaboration with Fortune 500 companies, media partners, and IP holders.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Steve has earned some of the industry’s most esteemed honors for his work with global brands, A-list talent, and cultural institutions. He has been featured in numerous media outlets, including The New York Times, Fast Company, Forbes, Wired, The Verge, and Rolling Stone, and has been a featured keynote speaker at Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity and other leading industry conferences.

Previously, Steve was Co-Founder / CEO at A_DA Group (acquired by Superfly), an award-winning brand experience company, and prior to that, he was the Co-Founder / CEO of the music and brand agency, Listen (acquired by Premier Music Group).

Steve is a lecturer, mentor, and advisor to various academic and cultural institutions including Northwestern University, NYU, and the New Museum’s New Inc Program.
